Some time back, our parish sent a donation of bibles to indigenous ministers.
Rev. David and Dr. Gary searched through many study bibles to find the right kind that would offer a lot of support. A first Nation’s student at the James Settee School for ministry received one of the many bibles donated from St. John’s. She recently contacted us and wanted you to know how much these new study bibles have helped.
With its study notes and excellent commentary, she told how she and the other students have much more information than ever before right at their fingertips. She was able to prepare her sermon with more knowledge and has confidence in her preaching ministry.
